Printing & Mailing Services for Employee Benefits

3sHealth is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for these employee benefits communications. The successful vendor will be responsible for printing, mail merging, and distribution of materials as outlined in this RFP. This partnership is critical to maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in member communications.

3sHealth intends to enter into a formal agreement for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional terms of two (2) years each, subject to satisfactory vendor performance and continued financial viability.

3sHealth reserves the right to award this contract to a single vendor or in part to multiple vendors, at its sole discretion, based on what is deemed to be in the best interest of 3sHealth. Furthermore, 3sHealth reserves the right to negotiate any aspect of the proposals, including pricing, scope, and terms, with one or more vendors prior to final award.
