The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to AmTest, Inc. to provide Stormwater Testing and Sample Equipment Cleaning.
WSDOT requires a laboratory to provide chemical analysis of collected stormwater samples per requirements in its federal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit as well as a laboratory willing to clean sample collecting equipment.
