Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Department of Finance (“DOF”) to enter into sole source negotiations with Woolpert dba Data Cloud Solutions, LLC ("Woolpert") for the maintenance and support of DCS's CAMA Cloud Software and Desktop Review (DTR) Module.

Any vendor besides Woolpert that believes it can provide the necessary maintenance services to these products is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPort for future potential opportunities. Please complete the Acknowledgment tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses tab. If you have questions about the details of the RFx, please submit through the Discussion with Buyer tab.
