Assessment Forensics and Security Services

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce ("DEW") requires expert test security services to inform future data monitoring and as-needed investigatory test security services to support the review of reported and potential testing anomalies related to the administration of the Ohio State Tests (OST).

Proposals and inquiries must be submitted via OhioBuys. Proposals and/or inquiries submitted outside of OhioBuys will be removed from consideration.

Original term: Award until June 30, 2027
DEW may renew the resulting Contract at its discretion, following the original term, up to three additional terms, for up to twenty-four months each. The resulting Contract and each renewal are subject to and contingent upon the discretionary decision of the Ohio General Assembly to appropriate funds for the Contract in each new biennium. DEW may renew all or part of the resulting Contract subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor and the needs of DEW.
