Professional Services Requested: Short-term radon test kits, shipping, customer support, collection of data, and reporting of data.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Administrative Rule R33-105 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000.00. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
