In conjunction with NASPO ValuePoint, the State of North Carolina is providing the following
information for the solicitation opportunity:
NASPO ValuePoint Project Title: Solid Waste Collection, Recycling and Disposal
NASPO ValuePoint, in collaboration with the State of North Carolina, has issued a Request for
Information (RFI) for Solid Waste Collection, Recycling and Disposal. NASPO ValuePoint released
the Request for Information on October 12, 2026. All Vendor responses must be submitted by
5:00 PM ET on October 30, 2026.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information from qualified suppliers
(Vendors) to inform the scope, category structure, regional approach, and pricing considerations
of a brand-new future multi-state cooperative solicitation.
