.1 Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following:
.1 Clearing and grubbing of existing trees within work area.
.2 Stripping topsoil within grading limits.
.3 Scarification and compaction of existing road surface and adjacent subgrade within fill areas.
.4 Regrading of existing roadway and ditches, and placement of 300mm gravel surfacing
.5 Supply and installation of new culverts, including removal and disposal of existing culverts.
.6 Construction of RV Dump Station, sanitary dump pads, treatment mound, and septic tanks including servicing to shop yard.
.7 Connection to existing well, including development of: a pump house, holding tank, and pressure tank system.
.8 Construction of Non-Potable Water Services, including connection to pressure system, supply and install of hose bibs.
.9 Electrical work.
.10 Supply and installation of surface furnishings including bollards, signage, boulders, fencing, and waste/recycle containers.
.11 Finished grading, seeding, and surface restoration.
