Background
GoTriangle is a regional public transit agency serving Durham, Orange, and Wake counties in
North Carolina. The agency provides essential mobility services through fixed-route bus service,
paratransit, and other commuter programs. As the region continues to grow, GoTriangle
remains committed to maintaining transit infrastructure that is safe, accessible, and supportive
of reliable service for all riders.
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-129, GoTriangle is hereby issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit
bids from qualified firms capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective construction services
in support of its mission to provide safe, reliable, and equitable public transportation
throughout the region.
The scope of this project includes site amenity and improvements to bus stops Group O located
within Wake County listed in the Scope of Work below. The awarded contractor shall be
responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and materials necessary to
complete the work in full compliance with the contract terms. The work shall consist of clearing,
