Pre-Advertisement Notice: Prosecutor Case Management System (PCMS)

The City of Atlanta on behalf of the Solicitor Office will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of a centralized, secure Prosecutor Case Management System. The selected solution will streamline end-to-end case lifecycle management, automate document handling, and integrate with existing systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across prosecutorial workflows, while also supporting robust reporting, future scalability, and enhanced public communication. Interested vendors will be prequalified based on demonstrated experience with cloud-based case management systems, large-scale data migration, and complex multi-system integrations necessary to meet the project¿s security, performance, and scalability requirements. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and then held to provide more details and address questions.
