Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide testing asphalt emulsion samples in accordance with TXDOT Item 300 and its related special provisions. Testing shall be done by an AASHTO accredited laboratory in emulsions testing. Samples shall be collected by the service provider from TxDOT offices in Austin or district offices no later than the next business day and testing shall be completed within two calendar days.
