Description

This is a special notice that the government intends to award a sole source contract to Pheonix Thrivers LLC for RF shielded bags. After conducting market research it was found this company is the only one that can provide the needed product based off of the attached salient characteristics document. Attached is the sole source justification and salient characteristics document. This requirement is unfunded, however, if funds do become available, award will be made to the above company.
