Scope of Services
The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select the most highly qualified firm to provide Pretrial and Misdemeanor Probation Services for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Brevard County, Florida (the County), as required by Florida Statutes. This contract shall provide monitoring, supervision, rehabilitation, pretrial, and probation services for offenders ordered by the Circuit and/or County Court of the County. The County and the Circuit and County Courts make no representations as to the number of cases that may be assigned.
