THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

The purpose of this amendment is to correct the response date FROM 12/31/2025 at 14:00 EST TO 01/12/2026 at 14:00 EST.

And to change the following:

"This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO6 intends to publicize an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Building 114 Roof Repairs on or around January 19, 2026, with a response due date for bids on or around February 18, 2026."
