The Kent Library Association, Inc. is requesting proposals from licensed, qualified General Contractors for the construction of renovations and additions to the Kent Memorial Library, 32 N. Main Street, Kent, CT. • The project is paid for in part by State funds provided by the CT State Library, including $2 M of State bond funds. • There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the Library on Tuesday, November 4th, at 2:00pm. All other information regarding contractor qualifications and the bidding process are available in the attachments, including plans and specifications.
