Comprehensive Entry Systems & Installation

The Red Deer Catholic Separate School Division invites proposals from qualified security and telecommunications integrators to design, supply, and install a hardwired Video Intercom, Entry System, and Electric Door Strike solution across twenty-four (24) division facilities. The project aims to standardize visitor screening, restrict unauthorized access, and ensure reliable, hardwired two-way communication paired with secure remote access control.

Itemized cost matrix grouped by municipality, identifying hardware allocation, labor, and regional travel/mobilization expenses. Minimum three (3) year hardware warranty and one (1) year workmanship warranty, including defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for emergency support and repairs. A minimum of three (3) client references for comparable multi-site security, intercom, or access control installations completed in Alberta. All proposed equipment and installation work must comply fully with the Alberta Building Code (including egress compliance) and Canadian Electrical Code standards. On-site technicians must possess valid Alberta low-voltage/telecommunications trade licenses or journeyman locksmith certifications.
