Summary

ODRC is seeking proposals for the following project:

Remove and replace two (2) old 10 x10 sheds with three (3) 10x10 sheds. Install new gravel pads 12'x33', install overhead garage doors, appropriate roofs and entry walkways to the sheds.

A walk through of the area is scheduled for September 1, 2026 at 9:00 am to view the sheds and discuss the expectations of the job. Please email Daniel Leonard, Building Construction Superintendent at Daniel.Leonard@drc.ohio.gov, by 2:00 pm on Monday, August 29, 2026, if you plan to attend the walk through. Lowest responsible bidder will be awarded.
