Beginning October 27, 2025, CRT is requesting quotes for an Architectural and Site Planning Consultant for our Property located at 485-505 and 515-525 Windsor Street, Hartford, CT. Complete site assessment to evaluate the physical and infrastructure-related conditions of the Property, including utilities, access and zoning considerations and any potential site constraints that may impact development. Consultant to prepare conceptual site plans and building layouts for the development at the Property, with specific attention to design features that support the needs of older adults. Consultant to produce concept drawings that integrate accessibility, safety and livability elements appropriate for senior housing.
