Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The associated NAICS code for this is 339112, Product Service Code is 6515. The vendor will be ScriptPro USA, Inc., 5828 Reeds Rd, Mission, KS 66202.
Description of equipment requirements:
Two (2) Full dis encryption (per server computer/HCI VM)
One (1) Customer hard drive retention HCI 2000/HCI 1000/Workflow Platform Server
Three (3) Customer Hard Drive Retention Robotic Systems
One (1) Endpoint Security Management (per pharmacy)
Twenty (20) Endpoint Security (per server/client upgrade)
Three (3) SPX00/CRSX On-Site Upgrade, Legacy CPU to i5C6, Peripherals, Windows 11
Thirteen (13) SP Datapoint or Notice Board Factory Upgrade, i5C4 to i5C6, Windows 11

A firm-fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate can meet this requirement as this is a brand name only requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025.
