Transit Program Resources Printing Services

This Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Q) seeks qualified vendors to provide professional printing services for the City of Thousand Oaks' Transit program. The selected vendor will be responsible for printing a variety of materials including transit tickets, brochures, posters, and promotional flyers on an as-needed basis throughout the year.

The printed materials support public awareness, rider engagement, and daily operations, making quality and consistency essential. Vendors should demonstrate their ability to meet varying order volumes, adhere to strict deadlines, and deliver durable, high-quality print products. Experience working with public agencies or transit systems is preferred.

The City of Thousand Oaks Transit services provides approximately 200,000 passenger trips per year to residents and businesses across Thousand Oaks and beyond, with a service area of 138 square miles and a population of over 420,000 residents. The Transit Program includes fixed bus routes, Senior Dial-A-Ride (DAR), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit services, and a seasonal Summer Beach Bus service.
