Description:

Phase 1- Work includes but not limited to the streetscape improvements along E Main St and Retreat St. Improvements will consist of new parking area, sidewalks, crosswalks, landscaping, and all associated activities detailed in contraction plans. Phase 2- Railroad underpass will be converted to a pedestrian passthrough. Plaza to be constructed. Project will include site demolition and plaza construction, storm drain, lighting, and landscaping.
