RFP for Technical Assistance for Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy Program

Project Description: NOTICE OF UPCOMING PROCUREMENT: This notice contains preliminary information. All information and dates are subject to change. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a proposal for Technical Assistance for Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy Program services. MTC seeks to retain a consultant to assist MTC and local governments across a wide range of activities to support the implementation of the Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as adopted in September 2022 and a key policy to achieve the goals of Plan Bay Area. The Consultant Team (“Consultant”) shall assemble a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary team to provide Technical Assistance (further described below) to MTC staff as well as numerous local jurisdictions to support implementation of the TOC Policy (“Project”).
