Project Description: The City of Norwich Department of Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide engineering design and construction administration services for a PFAS treatment system at the existing Norwichtown Well located at 242 West Town Street, Norwich, CT (the Project). Engineering services will include preliminary and final design plans, preparation of preliminary and final contract documents for construction bidding, bidding assistance, construction inspection, administrative support, change orders, certified payroll and labor interviews, and all other required CT Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) documents, project start-up and close-out support, and post construction.
