1. Does the Department of Public Works require interoperability with other Government
agencies' Push-to-Talk (PTT) services? This capability is vital during natural disasters,
emergency response, and community emergencies to enable effective interagency
communication and coordination.
Response: No.
2. Page 46, Item 1.1, "Push-To-Talk Radios/ Smartphones", Please specify the number of
Push-To-Talk devices and the number of smartphone devices
Response: 100 devices (PTT) Push-To-Talk Radios.
3. Page 47, Item 1.2, Specifications: Please define "monthly report usage"
Response: Refer to Amendment #1.
