Supply of Karcher Chariot Vacuum.

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the Supply of a brand-new Karcher Chariot CV 60/1 Deluxe Vacuum as specified in the RFQ document. The Karcher Chariot Vacuum is required to be shipped to SIGA’s Living Sky Casino located in Swift Current by March 25, 2026.

1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
2. Only brand-new equipment will be accepted. Used and/or refurbishes will not be accepted.
3. Substitute will be considered if it meets or exceed the minimum specifications listed above and the proposed substitutes must include detailed specifications that outlines all included features to clearly demonstrate equivalency or enhancement over the models referenced in the RFQ.
4. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
5. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
6. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote and details on any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
7. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
8. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet and indicate all included features and accessories/ with their bid submission.
