Synopsis:
|
|
SRC operates in a variety of work environments ranging from offices to laboratories, to processing plants and field locations throughout the province of Saskatchewan.
- SRC requires the installation of Sloped slab, Trench Drains and Sump Pit for their Bay 1E operations at 820 51st Street Saskatoon location.

This scope shall be executed as a single-source Design-Build contract. The successful Respondent shall be fully responsible for complete professional engineering design, preparation of sealed construction documents, procurement, construction execution and delivery of a fully functional and code-compliant system.
• The Contractor shall supply all necessary labour, materials, equipment, supervision and engineering services required to complete the Work.
• The work shall include but not be limited to:
o Professional engineering design review and sealing of all required documents
o Applying and Obtaining all necessary permits
o Supply of all materials, labour, equipment, construction, installation, testing and commissioning
o Deficiency correction and closeout documentation
o Safety services during construction
o Warranty services (minimum 12 months unless otherwise specified)
o Collection, removal and proper disposal of all construction debris, surplus materials, packaging and waste generated as part of the Work.
o Removal and proper disposal of all excavated materials not required for backfill.
o Protection of adjacent areas from damage during construction activities.
o Final site cleanup upon completion of the Work leaving the area in a clean and safe condition acceptable to SRC.
• The contractor shall provide a qualified site supervisor who shall be present as required to manage and coordinate the Work.
• The site supervisor shall be an employee or direct representative of the Contractor.
• A subcontractor shall not be designated as the site supervisor.
• The contractor remains fully responsible for the performance, supervision and coordination of all subcontractor
