Project Description: This contract includes a base bid for the installation of an ultra-thin bonded wearing course on roadway surfaces at several specified locations within Perkasie Borough. Also included with this work is roadway crack sealing and bituminous seal coating. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s March 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
