Contract Line Items (CLINs): Note: All CLINs are Firm FIxed Price (FFP)
0001 – The contractor shall survey, design and install an Audio/Visual (AV) and non-secure and secure A/V Control System utilizing MS TEAMS in Bldg 3001, Patriot Conference Room. The Contractor shall provide the necessary engineering, labor, hardware, software, support equipment, materials, cabling, accessories, follow-on warranty and maintenance, supervision and implementation to successfully design, engineer, install and test the AV and non-secure and secure VTC capabilities. The government requests a turnkey solution whereby upon completion of the work the area is ready for immediate use. This turnkey solution excludes Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) such as workstation computers and excludes electrical power and LAN/Voice cabling. Minor construction, if needed, will be provided by the government and may include structural cutting, and ceiling tile modifications and/or replacement. The government will evaluate contractor solutions/proposals and reserve the right to select other solutions if more advantageous to the government. The Government will be provided with all commercial manuals, instructions sheets, and start up guides, as applicable, for items purchased.
0002 – Installation
Period of performance is 90 Days ARO
Evaluation - Award will be based upon the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria on each item independently. All items and quantities in the LOM must be quoted. If Quotes are not in accordance with the attached LOM and do not meet the requirement, the quote will be considered ineligible for award.
The offeror must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
A site visit was conducted on 18 July 2025. Due to the number of vendors that attended and time constraints, the customer is not accepting offers from any vendors who were unable to attend the site visit, nor scheduling another site visit.
Questions (post site visit) must be submitted as an attachment to this listing by 1400 CDT on 25 July 2025.
