Synopsis:

|
The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CEF) is adding one portable to Ecole Quatre Vents in Regina in 2026. They would like to have a supplier selected to expedite construction work and ensure the portable is open this year.
The Owner expects that the Proponent will:

Discharge their services in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

Adhere to the project schedule.

Work together cohesively with the team in a positive, team focused manner.

Bring innovative ideas and approaches to their services; and

Look for opportunities to deliver the project differently and enhance Owner value.
The Owner is looking for a Proponent that will bring a high level of expertise in delivering their services and that will be respectful of the Owner's expectations and the Owner's role.
