The Town of Berlin is seeking proposals for Assessment and subsequent Design and Construction Administration Services for the renovations to the Demore, Dinda, Bittner Jr. (DDB) Memorial Park from experienced, qualified, and licensed A/E firms. This contract has an anticipated start date of Summer 2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 36 Wilcox Court, East Berlin 06023 at 10:00 a.m. on August 25, 2025. Electronically sealed responses will be accepted via the Town’s OpenGov Procurement portal until 10:00 a.m. September 10, 2025, at which time they will be automatically opened. Solicitation forms, project plans, and specs are available online at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berlinct.
