The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting electronic bids to procure decoys for the 6 groups in the Southwest Region.

The scope of the project includes attached product description with delivery to Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southwest Region 4820 Route 711 Bolivar, PA 15923 after July 1, 2026.

When bidding, the amount of bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.

Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Matt Kramer 724-601-6671. Any questions concerning completion of an electronic bid should be directed to Contracts and Procurement at 717-787-6594.

Attached to the project listing in electronic format are Terms and Conditions of Project, Specifications and specified townships. All bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM 00 system and must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Monday, May 3, 2026. A bid guarantee or bond is not required.

The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder.

Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.

All vendors who conduct business with the Pennsylvania Game Commission must have a Vendor No. assigned to them in order to receive payment from the Commonwealth.
