The Town of Branford intends to retain the services of a professional, qualified construction inspection team to provide full scope construction inspection services for the Main Street Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project, a LoTCIP-funded project. Contract Documents will be available on the Town of Branford website ( www.branford-ct.gov) and the CT DAS website. Sealed proposals shall be submitted to the Finance Department, Attention Purchasing Clerk, 1019 Main Street, Branford, CT 06405, by 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 4, 2025. Proposals received after that time and date will not be accepted. Proposals shall be clearly marked “SEALED BIDS” and shall identify the project a proposal is being submitted: L014-0002: MAIN STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION INSPECTION SERVICES. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
