Sealed proposals will be received by the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, NC, in the office of Mrs. Amanda Spayd, Business Officer, Pinchbeck Facilities Building, 128A Facilities Drive, Room 104, Pembroke, North Carolina up to 10:00 am on November 20, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud in Pinchbeck Facilities Building, Room 132 for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Vogue Road Water Line Improvements.
