You are invited to review and respond to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled Sewage Lift Station Pump Maintenance, located at California State Parks, Orange Coast District. The Solicitation Number is C24925005. In submitting your bid you must comply with these instructions.
Electronically Submitted Portable Document File (PDF) Bid Document Packages will be accepted at OCD.Bids@parks.ca.gov until 2:00 PM pst on Friday, December 6th, 2024.
The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived but the incentive still applies.
Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to Service and Maintain Sewage Lift Stations and Pumps. Complete specifications in Exhibit A, Attachment 1.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference (Job Walk) Date: Wednesday, November 20th @ 10:00 AM.
Bidder must attend to be eligible to bid. You must sign in no later than 10:00 AM with the State Representative. It is not the State's responsibility to ensure all attendees are signed in. Late attendees will be disqualified.
