The MUHA wishes to expand its Cellular Therapy Program within the downtown Charleston area. The project involves the renovation of an existing office building into a new cGMP certified clean rooms and BSL2 labs and all necessary structural and infrastructure upgrades necessary to support the spaces and program. Up to three firms will be short listed and interviewed. The MUHA is seeking SC LLR licensed Construction Managers for a CM@Risk delivery for Pre-construction services.
