A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the City of Ventura, City Hall -Community Meeting Room 202 at 501 Poli Street, Ventura, CA 93001 on Monday August 25, 2025, at 10:00AM PST. Attendance of this pre-bid walk-through is mandatory to submit a Bid. Contractors must participate in the walk-through inspection and familiarize themselves with any conditions that may affect performance and proposal prices.
