BID #5 FY27 MCCC Cisco NetworkInfrastructure Equipment Lease

Montgomery County Community College ("College") is soliciting sealed bids through PennBid for the acquisition and financing of Cisco network infrastructure equipment through a multi-year tax-exempt lease arrangement.

The College will receive sealed bids for MCCC Cisco Network Infrastructure Equipment Lease BID #5 FY27.
Bids shall be submitted via PennBid, pennbid.net by 4:00 p.m. EDT on October 27, 2026. Documentation will be available through PennBid on October 14th, 2026, 4 p.m. Registration is free.

Questions are to be submitted via PennBid no later October 20th, 2026 by 4 p.m. EDT. Bid responses must be submitted via the PennBid website by October 27, 2026, 4 p.m. EDT.

Bids must be submitted on forms included in the bidding documents and must be accompanied by Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Owner’s Certification of Responsible Bidder Status Form in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
