COLBERT WEST CONVEYANCE IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is seeking qualified Contractors to increase the stormwater conveyance at a specific culvert crossing under Colbert Lane by removing the four (4) existing 72” Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP’s) and replace with four (4) 7’ x 12’ Concrete Box Culverts (CBC’s), in accordance with the attached set of construction plans. The culvert crossing to be reconstructed is located on Colbert Lane, just west of the entrance to Waterfront Park Road and east of a neighborhood known as Wild Oaks. The Contractor shall provide all work required including, but not limited to, labor, supervision, traffic control, materials, equipment, installation, and incidentals required. Contractor shall also provide material samples, as necessary, to ensure compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Installation of all materials shall be in accordance with all applicable CITY standards and requirements, applicable Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition), manufacturer and industry preferred standards.
