WMATA intends to award a five (5) year contract for parking management and support services. During the contract term, the Contractor may be requested to provide one or more of the following services: Monthly Reserved Parking Permit Fulfillment; Marketing of Underutilized Parking Facilities; Leasing and Licensing of Parking Spaces; Advisory and Consulting Services; Roving and Special Event Staffing; Parking Operations Control Center (POCC) Staffing; and Parking Regulations Enforcement.
