Project Description: Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH), a division of the County of Ventura Health Care Agency, is seeking written proposals from qualified providers with experience in providing evidence-based, recovery-oriented, mental health services and treatment in a secure, residential mental health rehabilitation setting. Qualified applicants should be prepared to partner with VCBH in the design/development, licensure/certification, and operation of the thirty-eight (38) bed, locked Lewis Road Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) treating conserved adults (18 years and older) with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.
