Amended as of March 18th, 2025; This amendment changed the NAICS code from 335132 to 335139 and extended the date that offers are due from March 19th, 2025 to March 25th, 2025. Two attachments were updated to reflect this change (Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Attachment 2 - Instructions to offerors).
The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a ALCMS Computers at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. For more details see attachment 4: Statement of Work.
Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contact by March 21th 2025 at 1800 CST (6:00 PM CST).
This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335139. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
