Project Description: The City of Fargo Fire Department is seeking proposals for qualified firms to provide a conceptual design and cost estimate for a new fire training facility to be located at 115 31st St S in Fargo on approximately 7 acres and the re-design or re-construction of Fire Station 4 located at 2701 1st Ave N.
