BID 1882 - Resurfacing Parking Lots 2 and 3

Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Resurfacing of Parking Lots 2 and 3 at the College’s Mays Landing Campus.
The project generally consists of the milling of approximately 18,240 square feet of existing asphalt and resurfacing with approximately 2,255 tons of bituminous pavement in two parking lots. The work also includes ancillary stormwater retrofit improvements, concrete curb and apron work, pavement markings, and parking lot striping, together with all labor, materials, equipment, and related work necessary for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Bidders must comply with all applicable New Jersey public works requirements and all bidding requirements contained in the Bid Documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the College’s Bonfire procurement portal by the date and time specified in the Notice to Bidders.
