Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Circulation Fulfillment Services for theTexas Parks & Wildlife Magazine (TPWM) in accordance with requirements specified herein and the resulting contract. Services shall be provided to the TPWM in the Communications Division at TPWD Headquarters, 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744.
