Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to RIHousing seeks to engage a qualified firm for our single-family loan portfolio to track the hazard, and flood insurance declaration pages, to pay all invoices, to manage the process for placing customers on lender placed insurance, and to manage the relationship with our force placed insurance carrier. The firm should be able to provide phone-based customer service to our customers. The firm should have an online based system for viewing of bills, declarations pages, and reporting. Our two portfolios contain approximately 32,000 first and second mortgages. Additionally, we are the sub-servicer for Maine State Housing Authority. Our loan portfolio consists of properties in both Rhode Island and Maine.
