The Contractor shall remove and replace 40-ton roof top HVAC unit feeding the second-floor admin space located at Saint Julien’s Creek Bldg. 1556. The contractor shall also replace the roof top air handler unit and condensing units in support of the server room. See reference documents 1862691 specifications and drawing package.
