PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE BRAND NAME - NMIS BioDose Software and Support
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a Brand Name only, firm fixed price contract for NMIS BioDose Software and Support. The procurement is being competed as a Small Business Set- Aside under FAR Part 12-102: Brand Name Only and will result in a purchase order for NMIS BioDose Software supporting VA Central California Health Care System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule. Responses should be submitted to Jason Olliff at jason.olliff@va.gov no later than 72 hours prior to the close of solicitation to be considered. If no responses are received, the Government will continue with its Brand Name Only procurement, and a Brand Name only Request for Quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR 5.102
