Description

FY2026 Solicitation Announcement – June 15, 2025



The United States Probation Office for the Central District of Illinois intends to procure treatment services for persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services beginning October 1, 2025. The total duration of the BPA, including the exercise of four 12-month options, shall not exceed 60 months. BPAs are being solicited for the following:



Residential Substance Use Treatment



Residential Substance Use Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection and therapeutic community treatment.




  • 0753-26-301 Residential Substance Use Treatment for Bureau, Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Henry, Knox, Marshall, McDonough, Mercer, Peoria, Putnam, Rock Island, Stark, Tazewell, Warren, Woodford Counties

  • 0753-26-302 Residential Substance Use Treatment for Ford, Iroquois, Kankakee, Livingston and McLean Counties

  • 0753-26-303 Residential Substance Use Treatment for Champaign, DeWitt, Macon, Piatt and Vermilion Counties

  • 0753-26-304 Residential Substance Use Treatment for Adams, Brown, Cass, Christian, Greene, Logan, Macoupin, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Pike, Sangamon, Schuyler and Scott Counties

  • 0753-26-305 Residential Substance Use Treatment for Coles, Douglas, Edgar, Montgomery, Moultrie and Shelby Counties
