At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

A Pre-Bid conference will be held on the date and time shown below at the Commission’s Administrative Office located at 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland, 20619 to answer any questions concerning the Bid Package. A site visit will follow immediately after the Pre-Bid conference. All potential bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend. This will be the only opportunity for a site visit, unless otherwise warranted by the Water Treatment and Distribution Superintendent.
