Description
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, region or metropolitan area and level of expertise for the following category:
- P.7 Project Coordinator – Level 2
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is undergoing a digital transformation to improve service delivery, optimize operations, and respond more effectively to stakeholder needs. To that end, HICC needs assistance with the knowledge management of the Microsoft Dynamics Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS) transitioning, in line with the best practices in terms of project documentation and reporting. One (1) contract will be awarded as a result of the evaluation of the responses to this RFP.
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
It is intended to result in the award of one contract for one year plus two one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
