Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to provide the Buffalo Public Schools with a digital, rigorous, interactive, and adaptable intervention program which identifies students’ instructional needs in literacy. The literacy intervention must allow students to work independently at their own level of proficiency. BPS is searching for a comprehensive, integrated, full-featured program that uses a web-based platform and can be used on multiple devices in school or at home.
